Meet The Owners
House Check Guys is a locally owned and operated home and condo watch service company located in Jensen Beach, Florida.
For more than 30 years, Chuck has worked in real estate, property management, and development. Over the years, he has owned dozens of homes and rental properties. He gets how important it is to have a set of eyes on your property as often as possible. He's seen first hand how little issues can become big and expensive problems very quickly if left unattended.
Heather's career in graphic design and office management makes her efficiency and attention to detail on point. She’s resourceful and the go-to person to make things happen.
MEET DIEGO
Our House Check Dog
Diego, a retired older gentleman from South Carolina, spent time in shelters and foster homes before officially adopting Heather and Chuck as his forever family. When he’s not on the couch napping, he’s happiest with his nose on the ground or greeting people at the door with
his toy.
In their spare time, all three like to be outside enjoying the Jensen Beach sunshine and catching sunrise and sunsets.

Our home visits also allow you to meet us and see if we are the right team to protect your home.
HCG will then create a contract for your approval covering everything discussed at your home.
